Seriously awful service if I could give this no stars I would. Please take extra time to avoid this subway for they don't care about the customer or timely service, by any means.

I've always felt that Subway restaurants were stingy with their ingredients. This Idaho Springs location was the absolute worst. I felt like I was begging for money at a homeless shelter. I ordered a foot long and one of the toppings I asked for was spinach. The employee literally put ONE leaf of spinach on one half of the sandwich and maybe four leaves on the other half. I asked for banana peppers and he put about six little slices. I asked for more banana peppers and he literally put two more slices on. Seeing as I figured asking for more of anything else was just an exercise in futility I just took the sandwich as is hoping that it would taste ok. At Subway the employees are referred to as "Sandwich Artists". The artform they excel at is minimalism.

Yikes. As others have mentioned this Subway is incredibly slow. I waited for 30 minutes. I could have walked across the street to Safeway, picked up sandwich ingredients, walked back and made my own sandwich. I felt really bad because there was only one person working and then line was out the door. Despite the growing number of hungry people, the only person working moved at a snails pace. When I finally made it to the front of the line I was almost hesitant to add toppings to my sandwich because of how slow the worker was moving. I probably won't be back, because I usually stop at places like Subway because I'm in a hurry.

Sorry that I ignored you, Yelp. It took my 30+ minutes to order 2 sandwiches. There were only two or three parties ahead of me, so by the time I realized that it was ridiculous to wait, there was only a person or two ahead of me and it seemed silly to leave. The (one) guy working was moving at a snail's pace- I seriously did not know that it was possible to move that slowly. Every time the door opened, he stopped what he was doing and looked at who was coming in. When a sandwich was in the toaster, he played with the spatula, watching the light reflect off of it, instead of beginning the next sandwich. They were out of many sauces, toppings, etc. My husband's soda had no flavor and was just soda water. I'm so sorry that I wasted my time and money there.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Slowest subway ever. I've been here twice now. Both times. Sandwiches missing ingredients (no ham on a BMT). No toilet paper in the men's room. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt to improve based on feedback. But as it stands now - not a fan.

Stopped in here for dinner with my family and they had run out of bread. All of their bread. Only tortillas were left, and while I don't expect vegetarian meals at Subway to knock it out of the park, a Veggie Delite wrap was not in the cards.

The absolute lowest subway I've ever been to in my entire life. The guy behind the counter was about it sharp as a bowling ball. We played about three hours to make one sandwich and then didn't make it right. I would avoid the subway like the plague. They also don't except any bills larger than 20 so if you're going in there with a big group by say $100 with the sandwiches you want to be able to use the $20 bill to pay for it. Also the Apple Pay with Logan and that was kind of annoying. And it would you take all mom.

Me: okay, then spinach and black olives Subway: we don't have olives. Anyway. The resulting sandwich was okay, but next time in the area I'll go to the Safeway across the street.

The original Subway location that received bad reviews has closed & relocated east towards the i-70 ramps across from McDonalds. The new place is very clean, open. Friendly fast service. They do get very very busy on weekends with ski traffic. Good move, Subway!
